Good location between two shops, functional style building. Close to Our Lady of Victories Church and other tourist attractions.

The property is clean and pleasant. Make sure you stay in the double room with coffee and single bed plus good view. It boasts a great location; incredibly welcoming staff from a different member of staff.

Well priced and well-maintained place with genuinely helpful employees for in service. Lots of savoury food for continental breakfast. Comfortable beds, comfy and handy location close to metro. Very close to shopping along Kensington 

a good small and good standard hotel with excellent co-operating employees on reception desk. a double room with bathroom, a comfortable bed. superb and fresh food for breakfast.

Quite bad views.

It was in a very central location, convenient to Kensington Underground station. Tried some nice meals at Pizzicotto, located close to the hotel. The breakfast was delicious except for the option to make toast and the stuff where gentle.

New-fashioned room, very comfy beds and luxury bathroom. Best thing was the continental breakfast with great coffee and cheese, for example.

The staff were very pleasant and the wake up calls and ironing were free of charge. The food at continental breakfast was freshly made. The location was great and lovely, very near the Design museum, it's a plus.  

Every time we stay in London, like to stay here. The hotel is not very nice, yet it actually offers great location. Rooms are nice styled and modern with tea as well as the bedroom, food is fresh.

The bathrooms are not very clean.

Intimate accommodation with amicable staff members especially the manager who seemed to never have anytime off. Good position close to an underground station. Enjoyed very pleasant area.

Excellent value and well-maintained hotel in an ideal setting in areas with decor. Efficient service, brand-new double room with Spacious "Ha and the "chair " for the desk.

All in all, it's pleasant place that has very pleasant staff for in service. The double room is fashionable with the bathroom and Spacious '' Ha.

We had compact superior double room with air conditioning and bathroom.

Thanks a lot for the stay in this place - will come back. The hotel is intimate, has nice views and perfect location very close to tube station at High Street Kensington, Royal Albert Hall and metro and shops.
